The primary focus of this committee is to provide key oversight of quality and standard of care, maintain defined clinical guidelines for all practices, evaluate the peer review findings, and define continuing education needs.
Mark Dake, DDS, MSD
Chairman and Board Member
"How can I say as an individual provider, when I get out of school and open my practice, that I am providing better care than a group of doctors who have support with difficult cases and other specialists available for consultations? I don’t think anyone would disagree if I have a heart issue I want to go somewhere where there are multiple specialists that will take good care of me. I got into this because I feel that our organization can provide great quality and do it cost effectively. We are serious about quality. If we weren’t I wouldn’t be a part of it."
Dr. Mark Dake is the co-founder of Rock Dental Brands. He started his first practice in West Plains, MO in 1986. He takes great pride in the successful treatment of many patients in many communities over the years. He joined forces with Dr. Hiller and many of the other doctors of Rock Dental Brands to create a group of doctors who could provide excellent care through collaboration and peer review using special training and experience. He has always concentrated on an excellent bite or occlusion that pairs well with the patient’s face. His goal is for the smile to look natural.

Our board is made of doctors who are dedicated to the highest standards of quality care and are interested in shaping and molding positive change beyond their personal practice. Sharing this common goal is an important aspect of being a part of the Rock Dental Brands team and the Committee in particular. These doctors act as support for the rest of the team, stepping in and offering guidance in moments of need. The Rock Dental Brands Dental Executive Committee was created and designed with one thing in mind: quality assurance and always putting the patient first.
How can I become a Member?
The Committee is made up of select doctor owners, including Chairman, Mark Dake. The additional seats on the committee are held by doctor owners who represent different specialties in dentistry. These seats are normally held for 1 year but can be longer at the discretion of the Chairman. Doctors are chosen based on their strong interest in the Doctor Executive Committee and based on the specialty representation on the board.
