Quality Assurance

We have designed a comprehensive Quality Assurance Program that closely mirrors the United States Air Force, Dental Corps Quality Assurance Program. This program helps address areas in need of improvement, and then highlight those of exceptional performance through Peer Review, Continuing Education and the support of a Dental Executive Committee.

To continue to be leaders in clinical excellence and quality patient care, as well as compliance, we must make sure our standards are maintained by all of our dentists and dental specialists. As a means of accomplishing this, we have created practices similar to that of medicine which allow multiple doctors to review patient charts and treatment plans.

Our Dental Executive Committee is led by doctors, and developed to make certain that the training and oversight necessary for improvement is achieved. These doctors act as support for those who are defining themselves in the industry as providers.

Compliance: HIPAA, OSHA

We are dedicated to doing things right. We have spent endless hours developing custom OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Response documents for each and every one of our locations. These documents are stored in the cloud, so access is just a click away from anyone at anytime. We provide proper training through the use of lecture and web-based learning that is centrally tracked to ensure we meet federal and state guidelines. This means you won’t have to always question if your practice is compliant – we have you covered.

Internal Compliance Portal

Our cloud-based Internal Compliance Portal offers easy access to everyone who is a part of Rock Dental Brands. You can access all compliance documents associated with specific locations well as access human resources information, continuing education, organizational charts, and dental regulations and guideline resources. It’s a one stop shop for all things policy.

Credentialing

Our Credentialing Department is designed to facilitate our provider enrollment with dental insurances, state licensing, and help coordinate continuing education outside of our organization. We focus on the support our doctors need to focus on providing the best patient care possible.

Dental Executive Committee

Peer Review

We are very proud to be one of the first dental organizations to have implemented a peer review program that is based on nationally accepted clinical guidelines. This program reviews our providers’ clinical performance, in addition to their dental health record documentation and billing practices. All of our providers are actively involved in this process. All peer reviews are presented to the Dental Executive Committee for recommendations. We hold our doctors to a high standard because we are confident in their abilities. The Peer Review program is one way we set that expectation across all our practices.

Continuing Education

Continuing Education is conducted by Providers, Managers, Team Leaders, and Industry-leading experts. We do this in a multitude of ways and platforms. We use the latest technology to train our staff. We also have an easy-to-access Internal Compliance Portal so you can easily access all of our continuing education resources. We make continuing education efficient so you can spend more time being a doctor and less time sorting through paperwork.
